So.Many.Pictures.So.Little.Time.
I have so much catching up to do and it's rather overwhelming, but I'm excited to share my abundance of photos and updates with you guysss. Be expecting lots of posts this week! I'm trying to make a dent in editing the insane of amount of pictures that have been taking over my computer (and my liiiife). These were taken last week at one of my favorite spots to watch the sun dip below the horizon. When I was young, I whole-heartedly believed that when the sun set it went to sleep in the ocean. It made me so happy to think that though the world was dark at nightfall, there was a brilliance of light and colors just below the surface of the sea. Sometimes I wish I still saw the world through the eyes of a child, full of imagination and wonder and magic.
On a side note, my sister gets home from her travels through Europe tonight! I can't wait to see her and hear all of her stories. Sadly, she'll only be here for a couple days so we will be running all over the place trying to make the most of her time here...which, knowing me, will surely entail lotssss of picture taking. For now, I'm off to make a lavender cake to welcome her home!
