I love to dress up; as if that wasn't already obvious what with my tendency to dress rather costumey and impulse to wear wigs at the most inappropriate of times-but hey, Halloween is just a day that makes all of that ridiculousness and fun acceptable. What's not to love about that? This year, I really hadn't planned anything to dress up as. In a last minute scramble, my thoughts went to my ever expanding (& changing) inspiration folders on my desktop. Lately they've been over flowing with shots of classic 90's No Doubt era Gwen Stefani. Mix in a little Hindu goddess vibe, a turquoise wig, & fist fulls of rings and you get...this? Scary movies, acting like a kid, and then topping the night off with your typical run of the mill candy overdose and a rather boisterous game of kings cup? Even a sorcerer couldn't have concocted a better Halloween muahahahaha.

p.s. my sister kinda cajoled (oooh, fancy, l o l z) me into posting that first photo since I "never posting any pictures where I'm smiling"...apparently. I guess that's kinda true, but I feel pretty damn ridiculous forcing myself to smile when it's not natural. So it's only those rare candid shots that capture me smiling genuinely that I can stand. Make sense, kinda? okay, enough rambling.
