Okay, so after watching this video on Madeline's blog last night, I couldn't NOT share it with anyone and everyone possible. Like, really? Every single word is so spot on, and it really inspires me that there is someone out there who not only thinks this way (ontop of being one of the most well written, stylish, and unique bloggers out there)-but can express what I (and I am sure so many of you) think so eloquently. WHY have I never seen this until now (being a self proclaimed Fiona fan-atic and all-lolzz) and WHYYY doesn't everyone know about it and WHYY the fuuuuh isn't Fiona Apple more respected as an artist. This girl is some kind of genius, I'm telling you. Every single lyric is so poignant and holds such emotion. Watch awayy, and become a fellow obsessor.

I love this song so much, been listening to it non-stop. And how gorgeous is Lana Del Rey?!
She reminds me of a modernized 60's beauty icon with a bit of an edge; like a mix between Twiggy, Julia Roberts, and Silver's character from the current 90210. Oh, the ridiculous descriptions I come up with...

If you enjoyed this song, I definitely recommend looking up more of her music!

Words cannot express how excited I am to see this movie. Such a great group of young talent, and even this short bit of a trailer is emotionally powerful. Don't judge, but I may have shed a tear (or five) after watching it. It's been a minute since I've posted any trailers, let alone anything movie related. I kinda miss it. Thoughts?

Thanks to Lucia of Who The Fuck is Mick Jagger (amazing blog by the waaay!) I have found my new obsession; The Pierces. These two ladies have such amazing voices and style! I mean seriously, this music video is so beautiful. Their music reminds me a bit of Stevie Nicks, and anything even slightly reminiscent of my favorite bohemian gypsy layday and I'm won over. Also check out their song 'Glorious'-the video is a hippie lovin 60's obsessor's (I think I just coined a new term heh heh) dream come trueeee.
